Fax to Student Services at 952-400-8175 or email to StudentServices@Bravuratraining.com or you may mail it to 1600 S. Highway 100, St. Louis Park, MN 55416, or stop by to register. We will coordinate your training with your Dislocated Worker Counselor. Once you have submitted your registration request form, please follow-up with your Counselor. If you are approved, phone our office. If we are aware of your approval, we'll extend a courtesy call to you. Please choose a start date 1 - 2 business days after you submit your registration request form.

If you have questions, please do not hesitate to contact Student Services at 952.831.2960. This process officially enrolls you in the class(s) you've selected once your Counselor has approved your training request. If you need help designing your learning plan, contact Student Services to set up a phone or in-office appointment with our knowledgeable staff.

Payment
a. All classes are offered on a prepaid basis. If payment is due for your class, it should be received before the scheduled class start date in order to guarantee enrollment. Please contact us at 952.831.2960 if you have any questions or concerns surrounding your class payment. Cash, check, credit card (Visa, MC, AmEx, Discover) or company purchase orders are acceptable payment methods.

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy
a. Occasionally you many need to cancel or reschedule a class. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a class for which you have registered and been confirmed for in writing, we will make every effort to accommodate your new requirements. However, since this involves additional costs for us, the following cancellation policy will apply.

b. A student or organization may cancel or reschedule by submitting written notice to StudentServices@BravuraTraining.com no later than ten business days prior to the start of a class with no penalty. If a cancellation or reschedule occurs less than ten business days before the start date of a class, the full invoice amount must be paid. 50% will be applied as cancellation/reschedule fee, with the remaining 50% applied as a prepayment credit towards a future class. This credit must be used within six months of the original class start date.

c. A student or an organization that fails to submit written notice toStudentServices@BravuraTraining.com of a cancellation or reschedule and does not show for the class that they were registered and confirmed for, in writing, are obligated for 100% of the tuition. Full payment will be expected with no credit towards a future offering.

d. Students may send a replacement if they are unable to attend but the replacement must meet the class prerequisites. In the unlikely event that your training course does not take place after your booking has been confirmed in writing, we will make every effort to reschedule the course and you will be offered an alternative date to take the course.
